At Cold Creek Bee Company, we’re interested in the avocado trees amazing ability to produce some of the finest nectar available. Why? Because fine nectar produces exemplary honey. Avocado honey is delicious and a compliment for everyday use or in a variety of exotic dishes.  

Avocado honey is a very dark amber color with a mellow, spicy aroma. Rich flavor, includes hints of molasses and a smooth buttery taste.
