Cold Creek Bee Company : Returns
We strive to offer the finest honey based products available. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Return credit and exchanges require a Cold Creek Bee Company receipt.
- Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Items that are returned shipped to Cold Creek Bee Company without adequate packing to ensure the product(s) are returned safely and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
- We ask that return items be sent via FedEx, UPS or other insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Cold Creek Bee Company cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Cold Creek Bee Company : Billing and Sales Tax Terms
Cold Creek Bee Company accepts most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online payment.
- Your credit card will be charged on the completion and confirmation of your online transaction.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email which summarizes your transaction.
- Sales tax will be applied based on the regulations of your state and at the point of sale.
- All returns on items purchased online will be processed in the form of an electronic transactional credit. This credit will be applied to the card used to make the online purchase.
